Compliance with Law; Prohibited Material. Customer represents and warrants that Customer will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to Customer’s use of the Services, and agrees to use Services only as permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to export control laws and financial services laws and regulations. The transmission of any material in violation of applicable law is prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of copyrighted material without permission of the copyright holder and the transmission of threatening or obscene material or trade secrets.
