Common use of Compliance With Laws and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Compliance With Laws and Approvals. Subject to Section 7.7, observe and remain in compliance with all Applicable Laws and maintain in full force and effect all Governmental Approvals, in each case applicable to the conduct of its business and where the failure to comply or maintain could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
