Compliance with Laws and Good Business Practices. FRANCHISEE shall secure and maintain in force in its name all required licenses, permits and certificates relating to the operation of the STORE. FRANCHISEE shall operate the STORE in full compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including, without limitation, all laws, ordinances and regulations relating to handling of food products, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation insurance, unemployment insurance and withholding and payment of federal and state income taxes, social security taxes and sales taxes. FRANCHISEE shall at all times give prompt, courteous and efficient service to its customers. FRANCHISEE shall, in all dealings with its customers and suppliers and the public, adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing and ethical conduct. All advertising and promotion by FRANCHISEE shall be factually accurate, within the bounds of good taste (as determined by COMPANY and the standards of the community in which the STORE is located) and shall conform to the highest standards of ethical advertising. FRANCHISEE agrees to refrain from any business or advertising practice which may be injurious to the business of COMPANY and the goodwill associated with the Marks and other TREATS Stores. FRANCHISEE shall notify COMPANY in writing within five (5) days after the commencement of any action, suit, proceeding or investigation, or the issuance of any order, writ, injunction, award or decree, by any court, agency or other governmental instrumentality which may adversely affect the operation or financial condition of FRANCHISEE or the STORE or of any notice of violation of any law, ordinance or regulation relating to the cleanliness or sanitation of the STORE.

FRANCHISEE All advertising by Franchisee shall at all times give promptbe subject to approval by Franchisor under Section 10.B. hereof and be completely factual, courteous in good taste in the judgment of Franchisor, and efficient service shall conform to its customershigh standards of ethical advertising. FRANCHISEE shall, Franchisee shall in all dealings with its customers customers, suppliers, Franchisor, and suppliers and the public, public officials adhere to the highest high standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing and ethical conduct. All advertising Franchisee shall pay all amounts owed to its vendors and promotion by FRANCHISEE shall be factually accurate, within suppliers (including Franchisor and its Affiliates) on time and in the bounds ordinary course of good taste (as determined by COMPANY and the standards of the community in which the STORE is located) and shall conform to the highest standards of ethical advertisingbusiness. FRANCHISEE Franchisee agrees to refrain from any business or advertising practice which may be injurious to the business of COMPANY Franchisor and the goodwill associated with the Marks and other TREATS StoresUFood Outlets. FRANCHISEE Franchisee shall notify COMPANY Franchisor in writing writing: (1) within five three (53) days after the commencement of any action, suit, proceeding or investigation, or the issuance of any order, writ, injunction, award award, or decree, by decree of any court, agency agency, or other governmental instrumentality instrumentality, which may might adversely affect the operation or financial condition of FRANCHISEE Franchisee or the STORE or Outlet; or (2) immediately upon the receipt of any notice of violation of any law, ordinance or regulation relating to health, sanitation or the cleanliness or sanitation operation of the STOREOutlet.

FRANCHISEE agrees to refrain from any business or sanitation advertising practice which may be injurious to the business of the STORECOMPANY and the goodwill associated with the Marks and the System.
