Compliance with Laws and Operating Regulations. You will comply with all applicable local, states and federal statutes, regulations, ordinances, rules and other binding law, as the same by be enacted or amended from time to time (“Laws”) as well as all rules and operating regulations and bylaws of the Card Brands and other payment networks, as the same by be enacted or amended from time to time (“Operating Regulations”). You are solely responsible for determining and following the Laws and Operating Regulations applicable to You and Your business. Except as set forth in the Operating Regulations, the Bank has no responsibility for notifying You of any changes in the Laws or Operating Regulations.
