COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND ORDINANCES. a. Tenant shall comply with all federal, state, county and city laws and ordinances and all rules and regulations of any duly constituted authority present and future affecting or respecting the use or occupancy of the Demised Premises by Tenant, or the business at any time thereon transacted by Tenant or any assignee or subtenant of Tenant, after the commencement of the term of this lease.
