Common use of Compliance with Laws and Other Instruments Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws and Other Instruments. The execution and delivery of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not conflict with or result in any violation of or default under any material agreement or other instrument to which the Company is a party or by which it or any of its properties is bound, or any permit, franchise, judgment, decree, statute, order, rule or regulation applicable to the Company or its business or properties.

Compliance with Laws and Other Instruments. The execution and delivery of this Agreement by me, or on my behalf, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement do not and will not conflict with or result in any violation of or default under any material agreement provision of any agreement, certificate, or other instrument to which the Company is I am a party or by which it I or any of its my properties is am bound, or any permit, franchise, judgment, decree, statute, orderrule, rule regulation, or regulation other law applicable to the Company me or its business any of my businesses or properties.
