COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. The Parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, rules, regulations, and requirements, whether federal, state, or local, applicable to the Organization and its use of the Park and those for the correction, prevention, and abatement of nuisance, unsafe conditions, or other grievances arising from or pertaining to the use or occupancy of the Park.
