Compliance with Laws and Regulations Generally. (a) Each party shall perform its obligations (including maintaining production facilities) in a manner that complies with all Applicable Laws and with Capital One’s policies, standards and procedures related to such laws, including identifying and procuring required permits, certificates, approvals and inspections.
