Compliance with Laws; Customer Consents. Participant shall comply with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws, rules, and regulations (including, without limitation, applicable state and municipal licensing, registration and disclosure requirements) relating to the preparation and transmission of income tax returns and Participant’s performance under this Agreement. Participant accepts full responsibility for obtaining Customer written consents, on behalf of Provider and Bank, in connection with the offer and the sale of Program services.
