Compliance with Laws, etc.; Permits. A. The Borrowers shall and shall cause each of their Restricted Subsidiaries and all other Persons on or occupying any Facilities to, comply with the requirements of all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders of any governmental authority (including all Environmental Laws), noncompliance with which could reasonably be expected to cause, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.
