Common use of Compliance with Laws; Export Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws; Export. You and Blue Planet agree to comply, at each’s own expense, with all applicable federal, state, local and foreign laws and regulations relating to the performance of this Agreement. You acknowledge that the export and re-export of Software and other covered technical data are subject to restrictions under applicable export control laws and regulations. You and Blue Planet agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations that govern the export and use of such Software and technical data. You and Blue Planet agree not to export, either directly or indirectly, any such Software or other covered technical information without having first obtained clearance or a license to re-export from the United States, European Union and/or Canadian Governments, as required under their respective export regulations. You shall cooperate with Blue Planet in any inspection, audit or inquiry in respect of the same.
