Compliance with Laws Generally. None of the Loan Parties or any of their respective material properties, or the use of such material properties, is in violation of any applicable Law, or is in default with respect to any judgment, writ, injunction, decree or order of any Governmental Authority, except for such violations or defaults that (a) are being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings or (b) individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
