Compliance with Laws, Instruments, Etc. TECO shall, and shall cause each Significant Subsidiary to, promptly comply, or cause compliance, with all Governmental Rules, except where the failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to have a TECO Material Adverse Effect, including Governmental Rules relating to pollution control, environmental protection, equal employment opportunity or employee benefit plans, ERISA Plans and employee safety.
