Compliance with Laws, Ordinances and Regulations. The Contractor shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to the performance of its responsibilities under this Contract. Compliance shall include, but not be limited to, all applicable local, state, and federal licensing, accreditation and registration requirements or standards necessary to the performance of this Contract.
