Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RESTRICTIONS, COVENANTS AND ENCUMBRANCES Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RESTRICTIONS, COVENANTS AND ENCUMBRANCES. A. Lessee's and the Permitted Sublessees' use and occupation of each of the Properties, and the condition thereof, shall, at Lessee's and the Permitted Sublessees' sole cost and expense, comply fully with all Applicable Regulations and all restrictions, covenants and encumbrances of record with respect to each of the Properties. In addition to the other requirements of this Section, Lessee shall, at all times throughout the Lease Term, comply with and cause the Permitted Sublessees to comply with all Applicable Regulations, including, without limitation, in connection with any maintenance, repairs and replacements of the Properties undertaken by Lessee as required by Section 17 of this Lease.

In addition to the other requirements of this Section, Lessee shall, at all times throughout the Lease Term, comply with and cause the Permitted Sublessees to comply with all Applicable Regulations, including, without limitation, in connection with any maintenance, repairs and replacements of the Properties Property undertaken by Lessee as required by Section 17 of this Lease.
