Common use of Compliance with Laws, Rules and Tariffs Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws, Rules and Tariffs. Both the REMC and the DG Owner/Operator shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of the state of Indiana, and the REMC's DG Manual, Tariffs, Rules and Regulations, By-Laws and other governing documents. The interconnection and services provided under this Agreement shall at all times be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the tariff schedules and rules of the REMC as applicable to the electric service provided by the REMC, which tariffs and rules are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. The REMC shall have the right to publish changes in rates, classification, service or rule, with the proper notification to all DG owners/operators and REMC members.
