Compliance with Laws, Rules and Tariffs. Member shall be responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws. In the event Member’s facilities, interconnection or disposition of electricity generated by the Distributed Generation are, or become, subject to Federal, State or local regulation, Member is, and shall be, responsible for regulatory compliance. The interconnection and services provided under this Agreement shall at all times be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Rules and the Cooperative’s policies governing interconnection of Distributed Generation. The Cooperative reserves the right to change the Rules and policies at any time.
