Common use of Compliance with Laws/Standards Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws/Standards. The County and Grantee agree to abide by all federal, state or local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations now in effect or hereafter adopted pertaining to this Agreement or to the facilities, programs and staff for which either party is responsible, including but not limited to Minn. Stat. § 115A, which requires cities to collect recyclable materials at all facilities under their control, wherever trash is collected, and to transfer the recyclable materials to a recycler.
