COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, STATUTES, REGULATIONS. a) During the term of this Master Contract the CONTRACTOR and the LEA shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations relating to the provision of special education and related services, and facilities for individuals with exceptional needs.
