Without limiting the foregoing, Exhibitor shall construct its exhibits to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and shall ensure the provision of auxiliary aids and services for its staff or attendees to enable effective communication with disabled Event participants. Exhibits must meet all required fire regulations; those that do not pass inspection will be ordered closed until all fire hazards are corrected or removed. If advised by Emerald to ship merchandise to a specific location, Exhibitor will do so and will not permit the delivery of merchandise to the Facility.
