Compliance with Laws; Use of Proceeds. The Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries and all Persons occupying or present on its or their property, to, comply with all applicable Laws, including all Environmental Laws, in all material respects. The Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, use the proceeds of the Loans only for the purposes set forth in the applicable Note and as permitted by applicable Law.
