Compliance with Laws; Use of Proceeds. Each Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, comply in all material respects with all applicable Laws, including all Environmental Laws. The Borrowers will use the Letter of Credit and the proceeds of the Loans only in accordance with Section 2.7 and as permitted by applicable Law.
