Compliance With Legal Requirements And Applicable Agreements. Upon the completion of construction of the Project, which shall be constructed in accordance with the Project Plans and the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Project shall be in compliance with (a) all Legal Requirements; (b) all Permits and Contracts and (c) all applicable by-laws, codes, rules, regulations and restrictions of the Board of Fire Underwriters or other insurance underwriters or similar bodies.
