Compliance with Legal Requirements and Contractual Obligations. Each Loan Party shall comply with all applicable Legal Requirements, including all applicable Environmental Laws, and Contractual Obligations noncompliance with which could reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.
