Compliance with Letter of Representations. As long as DTC or its nominee is the Depositary, the Book-Entry Depositary shall comply with all of its representations made to DTC in the Letter of Representations, and any successor Book-Entry Depositary shall comply with all representations made to DTC in a similar letter of representations in form and substance acceptable to DTC and the Issuer.
