COMPLIANCE WITH LICENSING REQUIREMENTS. Broker warrants and represents that all individuals soliciting insurance under this Agreement on behalf of Broker are duly licensed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state of its domicile and any other jurisdiction in which risks to be insured are located. Broker shall supply a copy of any such licenses to Paragon upon its request.
