Compliance with Management Agreement and Loan Documents. (a) Without limiting any other obligation of Shareholder hereunder or of Practice under the Management Agreement, during the term of the Management Agreement, Shareholder shall not take any action, or fail to take any action, in his or her capacity as a shareholder, director or officer of Practice, that would cause Practice to breach the Management Agreement or any of the Loan Documents to which Practice is a party.
