Common use of Compliance with Non-Disclosure Agreement Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Purchaser has fully complied with and has not breached any of its covenants or representations in any non-disclosure agreement, confidentiality agreement or like agreement (collectively, an “NDA”) entered into between the Purchaser and the Company or any of the Company’s affiliates. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any such NDA shall continue in full force and effect following the date of this Agreement and the Closing in accordance with the terms of such NDA.
