Compliance with Notification Under Applicable Law. Nothing in this Section 12.3 shall be deemed to modify or replace any breach notification requirements that Signatory may have under the HIPAA Rules, the FTC Rule, and/or other Applicable Law. To the extent Signatory is already required by Applicable Law to notify a Participant, Subparticipant, and/or another QHIN of an incident that would also be a TEFCA Security Incident, this section does not require duplicative notification.
