Compliance with Obligations under Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. If directed by the Administrator, the Servicer will prepare, execute and deliver all certificates or other documents required to be delivered by the Issuer pursuant to the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002.
