Common use of Compliance with Occupational Laws Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Occupational Laws. The Company (A) is in compliance, in all material respects, with applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations, treaties, statutes and codes promulgated by governmental authorities (including pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act) relating to the protection of human health and safety in the workplace (“Occupational Laws”); (B) has received all material permits, licenses or other approvals required of it under applicable Occupational Laws to conduct its business as currently conducted; and (C) is in compliance, in all material respects, with all terms and conditions of such permit, license or approval. No action, proceeding, revocation proceeding, writ, injunction or claim is pending or, to the Company’s knowledge, threatened against the Company relating to Occupational Laws.
