Compliance with OFAC Laws. Neither Lessee [nor Guarantor] nor to the actual knowledge of Lessee, any Person owning directly or indirectly any interest in a Lessee [or Guarantor], is an individual or entity whose property or interests are subject to being blocked under any of the OFAC Laws or is otherwise in violation of any of the OFAC Laws; provided, however, that the representation contained in this sentence shall not apply to any Person to the extent such Person’s interest is in or through a U.S. Publicly Traded Entity.
