Compliance with Order. The Investment Adviser agrees that it will comply with and be bound by the terms of the Order under Section 6(c) of the 1940 Act, Release No. 19949, December 13, 1993 (the "Order"), insofar as the Order imposes obligations upon an investment adviser to a fund offering class shares under the authority of the Order and for so long as compliance with the Order is required by the 1940 Act.
