Compliance with Permits, Laws and Orders. (i) It and each of its Subsidiaries has in effect, and have at all times since January 1, 2011 (or, in the case of Itaú Colombia, since its incorporation) held in effect, all Permits and has made all filings, applications and registrations with Governmental Authorities that are required for it and each of its Subsidiaries to own, lease or operate its material assets and to carry on its business as now conducted (and has paid all fees and assessments due and payable in connection therewith), and no Default has occurred and is continuing under any Permit applicable to its business or employees conducting its business.
