Compliance with Procedures and Laws. Antero shall perform the Services under this Agreement in compliance with all laws, permits, rules, codes, ordinances, requirements and regulations of all federal, state or local agencies, court and other governmental bodies, including without limitation the Natural Gas Act, the Pipeline Safety Act of 1968, both as amended, and the regulations and orders of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the U.S. Department of Transportation, which are applicable to (1) Antero’s business and (2) the performance of the Services or any other obligation of Antero hereunder.
