Common use of Compliance with Protective Covenants Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Protective Covenants. Executive will provide OSH with such information as OSH may from time to time reasonably request to determine Executive’s compliance with this Section 4. Executive authorizes OSH to contact Executive’s future employers and other entities with which Executive has any business relationship to determine Executive’s compliance with this Agreement or to communicate the contents of this Agreement to such employers and entities. Executive releases OSH, OSH Affiliates, their agents and employees, from all liability for any damage arising from any such contacts or communications.
