Compliance with Public Records Laws. Xxxxxxx understands that, except for disclosures prohibited in this Grant, Grantor must disclose to the public upon request any records it receives from Grantee. Xxxxxxx further understands that any records obtained or generated by Grantee under this Xxxxx, except for records that are confidential under this Grant, may be open to the public upon request under certain circumstances under the North Dakota open records law. Xxxxxxx agrees to contact Xxxxxxx immediately upon receiving a request for information under the open records law and to comply with Xxxxxxx’s instructions on how to respond to the request.
