Compliance with Public Records Laws. Developer understands that, the City must disclose to the public upon request any records it receives from Developer or Partnership. Developer further understands that any records obtained or generated by Developer or Partnership under this Agreement may, under certain circumstances, be open to the public upon request under the North Dakota public records law.
