Common use of Compliance with REA Clause in Contracts

Compliance with REA. Tenant shall not assign its rights under this Lease or sublet all or any portion of the Premises unless Tenant complies, at Tenant's expense, with the provisions of the REA applicable to such assignment or subletting. Landlord agrees to cooperate, at no expense to Landlord, with Tenant's efforts to obtain any consents required under the REA and to otherwise comply with the REA in connection with any proposed assignment or sublease.
