Compliance with Regulatory Matters. The Purchaser agrees to use its ---------------------------------- Commercially Reasonable Efforts to satisfy as promptly as possible the regulatory requirements for completing the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Operative Documents, and to provide the Seller with all such information regarding the Purchaser as may be reasonably required by the Seller in order for the Seller to satisfy such requirements insofar as such satisfaction may require filings or other actions on the part of the Seller.
