Compliance with relevant legislation, etc. Each Group Company has in relation to each of its employees (and, so far as relevant, to each of its former employees): (i) complied in all material respects with all obligations imposed on it by, and all orders and awards made under, all statutes, regulations, codes of conduct and practice, collective agreements, customs and practices relevant to the relations between it and its employees or any trade union or the conditions of service of its employees; and (ii) maintained current, adequate and suitable records regarding the service of each of its employees.
