COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LEGISLATION. 27.1 Each Party shall be responsible for ensuring that all operations or activities carried out by it or others engaged by it in pursuance of this Agreement comply at all times with all Relevant Legislation. 27.2 Each Party shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that at all times it is kept fully and accurately informed of all Relevant Legislation and shall comply fully with the same insofar as the same applies to it. 27.3 Each Party shall from time to time upon the request of the other Party provide assistance and do any other acts or things which may reasonably be required to implement the provision or the purposes of this Agreement.
