Common use of Compliance with REMIC Provisions; Tax Returns Clause in Contracts

Compliance with REMIC Provisions; Tax Returns. The Trustee shall at all times act in such a manner in the performance of its duties hereunder as shall be necessary to prevent the Trust Fund from failing to qualify as a REMIC and to prevent the imposition of a tax on the Trust Fund or the REMIC established hereunder. The Trustee, upon request, will furnish the Company with all such information within its possession as may be reasonably required in connection with the preparation of all tax returns of the Trust Fund and any Reserve Fund, and shall, upon request, execute such returns.
