Common use of Compliance with Requirements of Law and Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Requirements of Law and Insurance Requirements. Subject to the terms hereof relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all Material respects with all Requirements of Law (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to the Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XXIV, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the applicable Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all Material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the applicable Improvements.

Subject to the terms hereof of Article XIII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all Material respects with all Requirements of Law (including all Environmental Laws) and comply with all Insurance Requirements relating to the Property, including the construction, use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XXIVXXII, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the applicable Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all Material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the applicable Improvements.

Subject to the terms hereof relating to permitted contestsof Article XVI, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all Material respects with all Requirements of Law (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to the Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XXIV, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the applicable Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all Material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the applicable Improvements, except where such failure to procure, maintain and comply is not material.

Subject to the terms hereof of Article 13 relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all Material respects with all Requirements of Law (including all Environmental Laws) and comply with all Insurance Requirements relating to the Property, including the construction, use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XXIV22, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the applicable Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all Material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the applicable Improvements.

Subject to the terms hereof of Article XII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall or shall cause the applicable sublessee to (a) comply in all Material respects with all Requirements of Law Applicable Laws (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to the Leased Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing any sale thereof pursuant to Article XXIVSection 19.1(b), whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the applicable Improvements Facility or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Leased Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all Material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance operation, maintenance, repair and operation restoration of the Leased Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the applicable ImprovementsFacility.

Subject to the terms hereof of Article XII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply in all Material respects with all Requirements of Law Applicable Laws (including all Environmental Laws) and Insurance Requirements relating to the Leased Property, including the use, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing any sale thereof pursuant to Article XXIVSection 19.1(b), whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the applicable Improvements Facility or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Leased Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all Material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance operation, maintenance, repair and operation restoration of the Leased Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the applicable ImprovementsFacility.
