Common use of Compliance with Requirements of Law and Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Requirements of Law and Insurance Requirements. Subject to the terms of Article XIII relating to permitted contests, the Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (a) comply with all Requirements of Law and all Insurance Requirements relating to the Property, including the construction, use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration thereof and the remarketing thereof pursuant to Article XXII, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of the Property and for the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.
