Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. Subject to para 12 above, the Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized. The Allottees further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign- board/name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allotteess shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottees shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottees shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottees shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the Association and/or maintenance agency appointed by Association. The Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

Further the Allottees Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages passage or staircase of the Building. The Allottees Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottees Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the Association association of Allottees and/or maintenance agency Maintenance Agency appointed by AssociationAssociation of Allottees. The Allottees Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottees shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottees Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would he shall not put any sign- board/namesign-board /name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face facade /facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, the Township, the buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allotteess Allottee shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further Further, the Allottees Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase staircases of the Building. The Allotteess Allottees shall also not change the changethe colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottees Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottees Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottees Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the Association and/or maintenance agency appointed by Association. The Allottees Allottee shall be responsible for any forany loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1. The Allotteess Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottees Allottee shall not store any hazardous or of combustible goods in the Apartment [Apartment] or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Buildingbuilding. The Allottees Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the ApartmentBuilding. The Allottees Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 16.1 Subject to para Clause 12 above, the Allottees Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition cost and shall not do or door suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, demarcation provisions of sewers, drains, pipe pipes, electricity supply, waste management and any other appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized. . 16.2 The Allottees Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign- board/name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face facade / façade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allotteess Allottee(s) shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottees Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. /Project. 16.3 The Allottees Allottee shall also not remove any wall wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. The Allottees Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign- board/namesign-board / name- plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allotteess Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry early out any and change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottees Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment Unit or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottees Allottee shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the ApartmentUnit. 15.3. The Allottees Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the Association association of allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by Associationassociation of allottees. The Allottees Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allotteess Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottees shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottees shall also not remove any wall including the outer and load bearing wall of the Apartment. . 15.3 The Allottees shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the Association and/or maintenance agency appointed by Association. The Allottees appurtenances 16.2 That Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign- sign-board/name-platenameplate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face facade façade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allotteess Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottees Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the Apartment or place any heavy material in the common passages passage or staircase of the Building.
