If the Supplier is not able to view the Standards on-line they may request a current copy from Supplier Development, their local Global Procurement office or from the Direct Imports Division. Company reserves the right to cancel any outstanding Order, refuse any shipments and otherwise cease to do business with Supplier if Supplier fails to comply with any terms of the Standards or if Company reasonably believes Supplier has failed to do so.
