Common use of Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. Each Loan Party will, and will cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to it or its property, including all Environmental Laws and governmental approvals or authorizations required to conduct its business, and to maintain all such governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. Each Loan Party will, and will cause each Restricted Subsidiary to, promptly investigate and remediate any Release of Hazardous Substances, to the extent such Release results in Hazardous Substances in the environment that exceed allowable limits under applicable Environmental Law or as otherwise required by Environmental Law, in each case except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
