Compliance with Statutory Regulations. The Contractor shall in all matters arising in the performance of the Contract conform in all respects with the provisions of any statute ordinance or other law, or any regulation or bye-law of the Local or other duly constituted Authority, or working rules of any industry associated with the Maintenance Tasks that shall affect the Contractor in the performance of his obligations under the Contract.
