Compliance with Supervision Requirements. The Resident agrees to comply with the instructions and directions of and at all times remain accountable to the Administration of the Hospital, the Resident’s Program Director and Chairperson, the Attending Staff under whose supervision the Resident may be from time to time, and to other senior members of the Department, including senior Residents.
