Compliance with Texas Law Requirements. Each Mortgage Loan originated in the state of Texas pursuant to Article XVI, Section 50(a)(6) of the Texas Constitution (a "Texas Refinance Loan") has been originated in compliance with the provisions of Article XVI, Section 50(a)(6) of the Texas Constitution, Texas Civil Statutes and the Texas Finance Code. With respect to each Texas Refinance Loan that is a Cash-Out Refinancing, the related Mortgage Loan Documents state that the Mortgagor may prepay such Texas Refinance Loan in whole or in part without incurring a Prepayment Charge. The Company does not collect any such Prepayment Charges in connection with any such Texas Refinance Loan;
